Risk in the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered.

Customers should inspect goods upon delivery and notify us as soon as reasonably possible if goods are damaged, defective or incomplete.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or failure to accept delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.

Risk passes to the customer once the goods are handed to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right you must notify us within the cancellation period.

Returned goods must be:

Where products are manufactured by third parties, the manufacturer's warranty may apply.

This warranty is provided in addition to any statutory consumer rights under UK law.

9. Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased are suitable for their intended application.

Customers are responsible for confirming the correct specification, size or fitment before ordering. Returns resulting from incorrect selection or compatibility issues may be refused if the product has been installed or used.

Where vehicle compatibility or application information is provided, it is intended as a guide only. Variations between vehicle models, production changes and modifications may affect compatibility.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your vehicle or application, please contact us before placing an order.

We cannot accept responsibility for incompatibility where incorrect or incomplete information has been provided by the customer or where products have been installed or used.

10. Installation

Unless otherwise stated, products should be installed by a suitably qualified professional.

We are not responsible for damage or loss resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed safely and in accordance with any applicable regulations.

11. Motorsport and Competition Use

Many products sold by us are intended for high-performance or motorsport applications.

Motorsport environments expose components to extreme stress, temperature and vibration, which may significantly reduce product lifespan.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • products are installed correctly
  • products are regularly inspected
  • products are suitable for the intended application

Failure of components used in motorsport may occur due to the extreme conditions involved and may not indicate a manufacturing defect.

Nothing in this clause limits statutory consumer rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • any liability which cannot be excluded by law

Subject to the above, our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including:

  • loss of profit
  • loss of business
  • loss of goodwill

12A. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel orders where fraud is suspected or where payment authorisation cannot be verified.

Additional identification or address verification may be requested before dispatch in certain circumstances.
